Job Description
Title
– Data privacy Architect
Location
– Charlotte, NC

• Recognized as an expert in providing Data management related technical solutions to enterprise wide data related initiatives

• Data Lake transformation and regulatory compliance initiatives GDPR PCI DSS

• Must have a sound technical knowledge covering multiple areas such as Data Governance Data security Data Privacy Change management operations databases and data management

• Demonstrated experience of implementing Metadata tools like Collibra and Data Discovery tools like Data Guise etc

• Hands on experience and knowledge of tools is Nice to have

• Should be able to provide direction on Tools and Process implementation roadmap and drive cross functional team towards strategic tools and process implementation

• Acts as a liaison between business and technical organization by planning conducting and directing the analysis of the most complex strategic corporate wide business problems to be solved with automated systems

• Provides technical expertise in identifying evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements in BANKING DOMAIN

• Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position

• Clients for the future Works with user groups to provide training resolve questions assess user needs and recommend changes

• Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications

• Recommends and initiates systems testing Acts as the highest level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business

• Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff

• 10 years of banking experience in business systems analysis and or design

• Must have strong analytical skills to review end to end processes understanding each individual phase and the transition from one to the next insuring risks and controls are properly defined and that meaningful control indicators are implemented to monitor the control levels throughout the entire process

• Proactive individual who has the ability to work across organizational lines equally well at both the operational and executive level to advance and implement initiatives

• Skilled in working in multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience working on GDPR GLBA PCI DSS implementation and working knowledge of bank processes controls will be a plus

• Should have excellent communication and articulation skills and well versed with MS Office MPP PPT EXCEL WORD
